The color is great. I love this casserole, I would love to buy it in other colors. It is so versitle, can be used so many different ways. Easy to clean. I had never done a pot roast on top of the stove, now with this it is the only way to go. I was able to put the roast in brown it, and then put onion soup on top. It made the deepest and best gravy I have ever had.
I would definitely buy it, I'm hoping for a price reduction so I can get one for my other house.

This covered casserole measures 11. 75 inches in diameter and 2. 12 inches in depth. Handcast from molten iron in individual sand molds, the line features a sturdy construction that conducts evenly and retains heat well.
