This Dutch oven is amazing. I made a pork tenderloin recently that fell apart it was so moist (this didn't happen in my Circulon cookware).
I also made fried chicken for the first time ever and was able to fit 3-4 giant chicken breasts in the dutch oven. They fried up beautifully and the oil stayed hot (no smoking and no splatters).
Homemade chili came out great. I can turn off the burner and the chili stays hot for a long time.
Clean up is pretty easy. I used the Lodge scrub brush also sold on Amazon. I love the fact that it comes preseasoned too.
I can't wait to use my Dutch oven again.
