The 6-1/2 inch cast iron pan is PERFECT for a breakfast frittata. It's absurdly inexpensive, heats evenly on low, lets you saute the vegetables with only a little bit of oil and the eggs don't stick, and you can pop it under the broiler with no worries about melting handles. Then it cleans up in seconds. Things don't get much better than this!
